St3 Platform Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before using the st3 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms outlined in this document.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. Applies to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use

By accessing or using the st3 platform through the website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with all related policies referenced herein.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of the st3 platform. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not permitted to use any part of this platform. Continued use after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The st3 platform is available only to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that online betting is legal under the laws applicable to your location.

Account Creation, Eligibility & Security

Registration & Account Information

To use st3 services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without prior notice.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. st3 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Identity Verification

St3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during withdrawal processes or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

User Responsibilities & Rules of Use

As a st3 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Using the platform for any illegal or unlawful purposes under Malaysian law.
Attempting to hack, interfere with, or manipulate the platform’s system or software by any means.
Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technical methods to access, collect, or manipulate platform data.
Disseminating false, misleading information or content that could harm the reputation of the st3 platform.
Committing deposit fraud, identity fraud, or any form of financial misconduct.
Sharing or transferring your account to others in any way.

Violations of any of the above rules will result in immediate actions including suspension or closure of accounts, forfeiture of any remaining balances, and possible legal proceedings if applicable.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the st3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits through approved local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, DuitNow, and internet bank transfers via major Malaysian banks. Foreign currencies are not accepted directly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform. st3 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits or for accounts withdrawing funds for the first time.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by st3 are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods stated in each respective offer. st3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses cannot be redeemed for cash unless all related wagering requirements have been fully met.

Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

Platform Liability Limit

St3 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including technical service interruptions, system errors, or delays in processing transactions caused by third parties such as payment providers or bank verification.

Account Suspension & Closure

St3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of suspected or confirmed fraud, breach of these terms, suspicious or policy-violating activity, or by order of authorized authorities. Valid account balances will be returned to users following established procedures subject to ongoing investigations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the st3 platform, including logos, text, visual designs, software, and interface elements, is the exclusive property of the platform or licensed content providers. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-Party Links

The st3 platform may include links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. st3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party sites. Access to these websites is at the user’s own risk.

Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws

Right to Amend

St3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via notices in their account or on the platform’s homepage. Continued use of the platform after the effective date indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be resolved through mutually agreed procedures between both parties.
